Mediation Service

Our Mediation service allows the parties to explore alternative courses of action to resolve their difficulties. Our Mediators will not take sides or make decisions and will act as the third party, managing the process and encouraging constructive communication.

Mediation is an effective way of resolving disputes. It involves an independent third party – a mentor – who helps both sides come to an agreement.

Our mediation is a flexible process that can be used to settle disputes in a whole range of situations.
